{"id":1171,"date":"2014-07-03T19:23:10","date_gmt":"2014-07-04T02:23:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.buchholz-cellars.org\/?p=1171"},"modified":"2014-08-21T22:08:33","modified_gmt":"2014-08-22T05:08:33","slug":"43-mango","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.buchholz-cellars.org\/?p=1171","title":{"rendered":"#43 &#8211; Mango"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #555555;\">Bottled (33) 375ml and (6) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 15\u00bd% ABV on 3 July\u00a02014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tried a different source of mangos than what I used for <a title=\"#7 \u2013 Mango\" href=\"http:\/\/www.buchholz-cellars.org\/?p=198\">#7<\/a> and <a title=\"#19 \u2013 Mango\" href=\"http:\/\/www.buchholz-cellars.org\/?p=237\">#19<\/a> &#8212; although they were more yellow than orange, I believe this is my best mango wine yet! \u00a0At the very least, at \u00a0a mere\u00a0<span style=\"color: #555555;\">15\u00bd%,\u00a0<\/span>it&#8217;s less <em>dangerous<\/em> than the previous ones! \u00a0\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>This wine is very clear white wine, with just a hint of light yellow. \u00a0There&#8217;s not much nose on it, but what&#8217;s there is quite delicate. \u00a0It&#8217;s rather smooth on the tongue, with a delicious not-too-sweet mango flavor, and a clean finish.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bottled (33) 375ml and (6) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 15\u00bd% ABV on 3 July\u00a02014.
