Bottled (5) 325ml and (10) 750ml (from 3 gallons) at 19% ABV on 19 October 2011.<\/p>\n

Revisited the bottle held for 2013 on 5 January 2014 (okay, I’m a little behind…) \u00a0It’s mellowed slightly but as I recall it was pretty damn tasty before (and still is). \u00a0Obviously, it’s still a bit sharp on the alcohol side of things, but it’s still retained all the cherry flavor and sweetness it had at bottling.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
